In log, I can see package unbuntu 7.5 is well install, but same error is there

As the guide says, they are in debian/control.in file.  Why can't you find them?

If you're having trouble installing dependencies, run:

# apt install linux-headers-$(uname -r) build-essential fakeroot devscripts 
equivs # ./boot.sh && ./configure && make debian # mk-build-deps --install 
--root-cmd sudo --remove debian/control # dpkg-checkbuilddeps # make debian-deb

That should end up with a pack of debian packages.
