Updated to OTRS 2.4.7. I am able to run ACL that trigger on Queue change to
'Raw'. Is it possible to trigger ACLs from TicketFreeText fields. Below please
find some of my code that is NOT working on TicketFreeText field.

Yes, you need to run at least OTRS 2.4.6 to have ACLs working with considered
AJAX reloads.
