On http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg28645.html they explain how
to include the queue where the ticket belongs, I guess if you change Queue
for Agent or Owner (or something similar) at
<div title="$QData{"Queue"}">$QData{"Queue"}</div>
You'll end up having a new column showing the owner of the ticket
