Yes, I thought about this solution. My problem is that I'd like to have
for the Agent Interface the same features that I have for the Customer.
For example I don't understand why an agent can create a simple ticket
instead of a phone-ticket or an email-ticket. At first I meant that
Agent and Customer as Superuser and user. If Agent can perform operation
A,B,C, customer, for example, can perform only C. But in this case
customer can perform opertation C and D.
Is there any way to integrate NewTicket funciont in Agent inteface???
