Why would this not be done in the multisite project? https://wiki.opnfv.org/display/multisite/ They have already done a lot of work on multisite services and began testing in Colorado, they are limited in progress only by the number of resources engaged at the moment I think. It would be also interesting to learn how any of the existing OPNFV projects (e.g., multisite, IPv6, etc.) had circumvented their multi-site needs for testing and development.
