pfSense uses a web interface, so there is no direct access to the text configuration.  I did find the server ovpn file on the file system and it looks like the serve side does a push "route routing info here"
So, you can push your routes to the clients and the clients can do a pull.

It's been a long times since I've managed a openvpn outside of using pfSense.


BTW: What is "pfSense version of OpenVPN"?

pfSense is an open source firewall that includes the ability to install OpenVPN as an add-on
