Before starting to accuse people of lameness, it would be a good thing
to think a little.  The job as list manager is quite heavy, and Ralf
is doing it on his free time, with some help from me.  The amount of
messages to wade through is quite large, believe you me, and both Ralf
and I are doing these things on our free time.

The choices of having the list completely open and the reply-to going
back to the list (openssl-users) are not, as far as I know, choices
Ralf has done on his own.
