How about another reason to upgrade to 5.004 ... all versions of Perl
prior to 5.004 have a CERT advisory against them.
And on NT, you're missing out on alot of really basic functional stuff if
you don't upgrade to either the latest port from Gurusamy Sarathy (the
"true" port), or the latest ActiveState release.
