Who in the Universe uses 5.001, and why?
Why is it a bad idea to require bugfixed software?
How can correct Perl be regarded as a "syntactic extravagancy"?
My bottom line is that if there is some good reason to support really
old versions of Perl, I will, but I do actually need a better reason
that "I happen to have it".
