That is nonsense! An open source developer can NOT bare the burden of being legally liable for ANYTHING. If Linden Lab wants to put in their TPV the warning that they will remove the account of developers (users thus) that don't do they ask, go ahead. But under no circumstances any OS dev in their right mind will work on a project if they will be legally liable for it!
