Actually the compilation is no different from any other - you just add 
"--host=i686-w64-mingw32" (or whatever your compiler prefix is) and 
that's it. Of course you have to crosscompile libftdi and libusb-win32 
too, but that is also pretty easy. The most difficult part is the 
cross-compiler (; I've posted a script to build one, but now the WPG64 
website is down (for a week or so ); ). Someday I may even post a 
guide... Now I don't have enough time...

I think that for now I will post the packages on my website - if that 
doesn't work out well, we'll think about something else.
