I'm not averse to a driver config file being part of the release. But I get the impression a bunch more info would be needed. Would the source tarball be sufficient, or would folk still need to go elsewhere to get basic build instructions? (Updates are another ball of wax.) For Win32 stuff I will continue to defer to folk who use it and have the relevant background.
