The current "lm3s811.cfg" file *does* include that ID ...

I changed that when I changed it to make sure it didn't
drop messages in various cases.  I think it's better to
get the config files updated, so startup verification
can do a better job, but I might be persuaded otherwise.

There's also the point that we have a bit of a chicken/egg
problem -- how do folk find the IDs to use?  If we don't
list them, that can be hard.  At one point I was firing
up urJTAG for such scans, but that seems undesirable.  :)

Do you think this should change?
