The minimal change that fixes the bug is to just change the RESET to 
DRSHIFT transition without optimising anything, just changing 0x8a, 0x04 
to 0x8a, 0x08. That way the same state transitions are followed, and no 
optimisation is done. At a later date, perhaps we could look at why this 
adapter has its own jtag state table...
