Of course not.  It was posted maybe twelve hours ago, but

Two other threads covered such options, neither of which were
in your summary.  No surprise that nobody agreed.

 * The thread about a "Universal" INF file seemed much more
   productive.  Sure, more adapters need to be covered, and
   the library binaries that get bundled into the MSI file
   will need to be the right versions (libusb, libftdi).

 * Even the thread about getting good Win32 build instructions
   was more productive.

It's probably time that some build script starts packaging
alpha builds on Windows, with install/uninstall options, if
such builds are going to be released on Berlios.
