Personally I don't use windows, but I do maintain the code and fix  
bugs. Thus D2xx is insignificant to me while code style and type-names  
make a large impact on my day to day.  My commentary is provided  
accordingly. That and I find license issues to be annoying especially  
when the authors knowingly chose a license that is unnecessarily  
complex and restrictive.
