People have complained about the quality of the video (240x180 in particular), saying that the video quality used to be much better (pre version 1.9). Is there a way to increase the quality? In red5/openmeetings/config.xml there is camQualityNormal (85) and camQualityBest (95), but I don't know to use these or if there are other settings that can be used. There seems to be no way in the User interface to change from Normal to Best Quality? Would it be safe to change these two values to 95 and 100 ? How would this affect how OpenMeetings works?
