The issue @andy-goryachev-oracle reported with the Monkey Tester TableView 
isn't related to this PR or even Linux since I can reproduce it on Mac. As I 
double-click on cells in the Table View to make them editable Glass is being 
told to disable the IME most of the time. Sometimes the IME is enabled but I 
have to figure out a pattern. On Mac disabling the IME turns off the 
composition window but I can still enter individual Japanese characters which 
makes the problem less obvious than on Linux.
