I cannot invoke Japanese IME or in fact switch to another input language if I am inside an editable TableView in the Monkey Tester. Starting with the "us" selection in the tray, even if I right click on that icon in the tray and change the input method it goes back to the "us". Space-Space (the key sequence used to toggle input language in my setup) does not work, and Ctrl-Space which brings up the Japanes IME does not work either. See nothing in the console. I might be doing something wrong, of course, since this is not an environment I typically work with. ------------- PR Comment: https://git.openjdk.org/jfx/pull/1080#issuecomment-2173996625
