To uninstall the fuse kernel module : pkgrm fusefs If you want to recompile, it would be simpler to just change the binary files : /usr/kernel/drv/amd64/fuse (64-bit) and /usr/kernel/drv/fuse (32-bit), so that you do not have to update the configuration files.
