(OSS) within the framework of my dissertation project at the Nottingham Trent
University (UK).
The purpose of my research is to shed light on business and management
practices in Open Source Software. With this study, I would like to see how
commercial or non-profit companies can contribute to the OSS community and
which business model they can adopt to cover running cost and be profitable.
The goal of this questionnaire is to get some information from OSS managers
working in an OSS firm or a commercial company. Would it be at all possible for
