no hitbox on very right screen edge
when the system zoom level is greater than 100% the scroll handles of maximized
windows dont touch the screen edge. interestingly, the scroll handles do touch
the screen edge at 100% system zoom level.
i have attached a screenshot.
this makes scrolling a cumbersome task, because one cannot simply move the
cursor to the screen edge, where it naturally stops. one must rather aim the
cursor horizontally to hit the scroll handle.
this is annoying enough on its own, but in combination with okular's (let's
say) "exotic" approach of implementing mouse wheel clicks, the app is
practically unusable at this point.

windows 11 pro 25h2
os build 26200.7462
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.275.0
system zoom 125% (also happens on 150% or 175%, i didn't test any further)
okular installed via winget
okular 25.12.1
