Pressing Page Up/Down in the laptop keyboard performs the same action as
backspace/space. That is, it moves up/down the page a "fixed amount".
Pressing Page Up/Down in the USB keyboard results in a previous page/next page.
That is, it goes to the beginning of the previous/next page
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. press pg up on laptop
2. press pg up on usb keyboard
3. compare
