FWIW i just tried, you can't have both packages installed at the same time (apt
complains), so basically it is a misconfiguration of the system.
About the "Logitech K360 unifying keyboard", what does that have to do with
Okular?
All in all, i'm closing the bug as invalid since it was a misconfigured system
(you can't have two packages providing exactly the same file)
