I opened a PDF in Okular on Windows, pressed F6. A vertical toolbar of 9
annotating icons appeared, but they all had the same hammer icon (it looked
like file:///C:/KDE4/share/icons/oxygen/scalable/actions/tool.svg). The
tooltips were Note, Inline Note, Green Highlighter, etc.
