caplokan/akuisisi/takeover kaya model2 private equity kaya blackstone,
texas pacific dan kawan2nya, 

ato simpel bussiness value/intrinsic valuenya/asetnya sebagaimana
layaknya value investor klasik...

tergantung keyakinan masing2.. tp yg penting semua kerjakan "pe-er"nya
masing2.. begitu kan pak..
