Hmmm, Neil has been warning about this for a while.  Was he sent from

I'm only interested in training, consultancy, freelance and maybe  
(depending on the offer) contract work.  Does that rule me out of this?

My interest would be in getting in touch with more companies that need  
Ruby-related and/or agile-dev support.  Maybe to help stop the  
bleeding you described above.  Could that be part of the vision?
