I have a feeling that Pekko will become a major fork from Akka no matter what Pekko does, and sooner or later easy migration will not be possible. Like for example Akka SDK - if a project is using it, Pekko has no alternative. So we can either choose to essentially stagnate in Akka 2.6, forever prioritizing backwards compatibility with legacy Akka 2.6 projects or eventually start providing unique, competitive functionality with future major releases.
