Hi Akshey, Let me know if there have been specific sticking points setting up Quantum as described in http://docs.openstack.org/incubation/openstack-network/admin/content/index.htmlor using devstack ( http://wiki.openstack.org/QuantumDevstack).
Specific technologies like openvswitch or flowvisor may be used by particular plugins, but would not be part of Quantum proper. If there are plugin-specific capabilities you would like to expose, you can use API extensions.
