Yes we did play around with Quantum some time back. But it needs more work.
Our goal is to de-centralize nova network using Openvswitch,
Controller for openvswitch & flowvisor. For Quantum, we would expect
it to hold network information like  network nodes, existing network
slices and other relavent networking information. Another good feature
would be  to update quantum with existing flows and its information.
Having this information in Quantum, it would be easy to handle dynamic
changes in network slices and its monitoring ( at slice and node
level) from Openstack Dashboard (maybe) or using quantum api.

I thought as of now its the business demand that drives the priority
for the blueprints and features.
I guess the problem is companies  ( like HP and Internap ) have not
played a lot around quantum yet.
So, we haven't got their feedbacks/comments/needs.
If there are some HP and Internap folks here, please correct me if
this is wrong.
