4K TVs are cheap, and 4K streaming content is plentiful, and usually runs 15-20 Mbps. The average household has more than one person, and they may want to watch different content. And that's today. Gaming streaming is ramping up (which needs both good bandwidth and low latency), and there'll always be things you haven't considered popping up.
