Unless your desktop environment has subverted it (which these days is
usually the case by default, unfortunately) you can press F1 within
mutt to bring up the manual that was shipped with your Mutt.

If your DTE *has* subverted F1, my guess is you don't actually use
that feature, so you can go into your DTE's preferences, find the
keybindings, and remove the binding for F1.
