I'll ask, but I don't think that's the problem, because there is no
immediate kick.  The phone is always connected with some kind of push
notification, whereas mutt checks once a minute.  My only evidence is
the feeling that the more I use the phone to actually read email, the
more likely mutt will close the mailbox some time in the new hour or
two.  Even if it depended on mutt connecting at exactly the same time
as I read mail, it's never been immediate as I would expect.
