I only have the instant-send problem when the above send-hook line is
commented-out.
That would mean that although this line cures the problem, something else
is causing it.
I was actually wrong to say the two lines above this line had anything to
do with the problem. Nothing changes either way if the two lines above it
are commented-out or not commented-out.
So as long as I keep this send-hook line active (which I generally want to
do), I have no problem.
However, given that the problem shouldn't be happening at all, I'll
continue trying to isolate what else in my muttrc is causing it.
