There're other archiving services than Google. It is
suggested not to archive posts with such a header set but
you can't really rely on it.

I found out that this group is piped into usenet (by
replacing headers like message-id and such). So, 
I haven't tried if 'they' stop doing so if you set it.
Anyways, there're so much useless headers that this one
doesn't count.

This is really bad since it will generate bouncing mails
that other people have to take of. Better use a dummy
account you don't read (just delete the mail).

There's no reason to use faked mail addresses.

Don't do it. Many Usenet providers have special terms of
usage. With some you're not allowed to use an invalid mail
address. Furthermore it's a requirement to post articles
with a valid reply address. You can just use a dummy account
in your From: header and your real address in 'Reply-To'.

Bots searching for mail addresses would have to generate to
much traffic to parse Usenet posts. Instead, the just ask a
server for the group overview. And that overview doesn't
list Reply-To but only From.
