Yes, works just fine for me. My incoming mail arrives at ~/Maildir/,
and I save it to mailboxes in ~/Mail/. Changing mail folders is as easy
as typing 'c' and entering the name of the folder (=something for Mail/,
simply Maildir for the incoming maildir).
