Mikko, that was the problem. I usually test with my own addresses, but
it works well if anyone else replies (at least with mutt does).

Well, this will allow me to add to my sig the following for such cases:
``Please, do send the reply to all addresses shown on the Reply-To
field. With a decent mailer this should be done automatically by
hitting the reply (r) key.''
