My Mutt (1.1.3) behaves differently too.  Pressing "r" and "y" will
reply to both addresses, "r" and "n" to just the iberia.es address.

I'm not sure, but could this be somehow related to your alternates
setting?  By default, Mutt tries to avoid sending emails to your own
address(es), but that's dependent on $alternates...  (Witness this by
going to your "sent mail" folder if you have one, and press "r" on any
message -- it will be directed to the *recipients*, not the sender,
which is you.)

It probably is, though I'm not sure.  I've seen it a few times, even if
it seems to be rather rare.

Sure, if they are using Mutt, it should work that way (assuming they say
"yes" or otherwise configure Mutt to use Reply-To).
