If I remember correctly, the original poster was a GnuPG user. I think
'set pgp_encryptself' will not work for him (-> this was at least true some
time ago;) AFAIK (and I did it that way!) he needs to add following line
to his ~/.gnupg/options:
encrypt-to 0xHis_Key_ID
