I'm slowly exploring the use of mutt with IMAP folders, one thing I
keep on coming up against is the need to [re-]enter the IMAP server
name at various points. My IMAP server is {mailandnews.co.uk} which
is a fair amount to type every time it needs entering.

Since I am using mutt with local mailboxes as well and my $spoolfile
and $folder point at these local files the +/= and ! shortcuts don't
help with the IMAP server mailboxes and folders. One of the main
reasons for having the IMAP server is the ability to copy 'important'
messages from a number of different local copies of mutt to a common
area visible to them all and thus I do need the local short cuts and
some means of addressing the IMAP server.

So, does mutt already have some way of creating an easy to use alias
for a long mailbox name that can be used with the 'c', 's' and 'C'
commands (and no doubt others)? If not then I would like to add this
to the wishlist please.
