I'm not sure if this is the accepted approach but I have found a way to
save a message to a text file. Even though the message may have no
attachments, if you call up the attachment list you'll see the message
itself as the first attachment. If you save this, it saves as a text
file. I'm not sure whether all the headers are saved though.
