Docserver runs on win'95 just fine, at least as fine as a kludgey dos
compile can - a recompile with somewhat more thought into how the message is
to be passed is needed.
In recalling more carefully, a look at the source will show the problem -
the way parameters are passed is very rigid and makes firing another program
until nice control of open.pl very hard.
