On a somewhat related subject (well, related to these two bits, anyways),
is there a feature in Mutt (that I've missed in the FM) that will, if the
e-mail I'm replying to is addressed to multiple people, ask if I want to
do a group-reply when I hit 'r'? I often need to do a group-reply, but
forget and do a normal reply....
