not completely correct. Mutt uses 'Mail-Followup-To:' to suppress copies to you if the sender wishes it (by including the Mailinglist in his 'lists' settings.) which is the right way [tm].
Um...actually that's exactly the point I was trying to make. I always use list-reply because most people don't use Mutt, so they won't be putting in any Mail-followup-To: headers, so they will get duplicate messages.
Sure, this particular list is about Mutt, and we can assume everyone's using Mutt, but that's not true for the dozen other lists I'm subscribed to. Mail-Followup-To: is a dismal failure for those lists. That's why I use list-reply.
