 C.f forwarded Debian bug
 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=877000.

The documentation, "Mutt manual" cannot be read with a text
editor as it appear not being plain/text.

Please supply plain/text file without any control characters embedded.
This would allow SEARCH capabilities in editors and GREP to be used to
 find relevant information.

N.b. I'm aware that the manual can be cleaned with "col -bx", but please
supply plain/text file in the released source tarball.
