Comment:

 There is one more nit to pick: mutt should not offer to "always accept" on
 a host name mismatch at all because it will not do what its name proposes,
 and query the user again on the next connection. A proposal to prevent
 this is in [attachment:ticket-3914-refinement-do-not-save-on-hostname-
 mismatch.patch].[[BR]]
 I don't currently oversee how much of the newly added code from 2a0d3c4a
 is obsoleted by it and should be removed, or if the duplicate checking is
 still useful, though.
