As I mentioned earlier, I was still iterating the patches and I posted
them early just for comment.  Pushing to a public repos would make it
difficult to modify the patches afterwards.

Whether intentional or not, the condescension and near whininess in your
tone makes me feel uninclined to listen to or even work with you.

I'm sorry posted patches and the customs of this list are so unpleasant
for you.  If you really do want to work _with_ mutt-dev, perhaps you
should make an attempt to adopt our customs rather than demand we match
what you are used to.
