Hi: Your best bet is to stick to the presets, in your case i suggest preset extreme, scince i assume you prefer VBR, if you want to go all out, use preset insane. Also, please be mindful of wich version you use, recommended ones are 3.90.3, 3.96.1, and the latest alpha 3.97a12. Know that older versions are more tested, but newer versions are very promising and faster also. Dont worry about joint stereo, with Lame, it isn't a problem, in fact it's recommended that you use it with Lame, the presets use it by default, and i suggest you leave it at that. Hope this helped!
