Expected behaviour when Copying to Send Folder Fails.

I would like to get opinions regarding the solution for  bug#28211 as regards the desired behaviour. The summary of the bug is On Send, fail to copy to Sent folder should let user retry, not return to compose window. The options that were offered were
(1)try copying the  message to your Sent folder again
(2)try copying the message to the local Sent folder
(3)Ask the user if he wants to save it as a draft
(4) forget the whole thing and let sleeping dogs lie.
