I [have been] volunteered to convert Reply to a menubutton.
I would like some feedback as to what sort of menubutton people should have.
Assume that for News you will have two menubuttons, Reply and Reply All.
Option 1 - As per 4.0 for Windows: Mail has a Reply menubutton with
Reply and Reply to All
Option 2 - As per 4.5 for Windows: Mail has a Reply button and a Reply
All button
The possible problem with these is that the location of other buttons
may change depending on whether Mail or News is being read.
Option 3 - As per 4.x for Mac: Mail has menubuttons but the News
menuitems are disabled
Option 4 - Completely New: Mail has menubuttons but the menus are disabled
The possible problem with these is that the menubuttons will have the
same tooltip.
